Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Lexaria Corp. (the “Company”) announced in a press release dated January 27, 2010 the appointment of Mr. Steven Khan as an advisor to the Company, an update on the drilling and production on its oil and gas project at Belmont Lake, Mississippi and a summary of the reserve numbers from the Company’s October 31, 2009 reserve report.
