Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 15, 2019, Lexaria Bioscience Corp. issued a press release announcing a partnership with Altria Ventures Inc., a subsidiary of Altria Group, Inc., to fund research and development of DehydraTECH™ technology for oral nicotine, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference in this Current Report on Form 8-K.
